DIVERSITAY LESBIAN GAY BISEXUAL TRANSGENDER ( LGBT ) GROUP provides confidential support and information to anyone struggling to come to terms with the fact that a friend or re We have been in existence since 1994, initially called Dundee LGB Switchboard. We changed to Diversitay in 2000 to reflect our ongoing commitment to serving the whole of the Tayside area.

In 1997 Dundee LGB Switchboard set up its very first webpage, as well as launching its first newsletter The Dundee Queerier which ran until 2000. Since then our services have continued to develop, our website has grown substantially, and our newsletter OUT NOW continues in the path of the original.

Although throughout the years, the technology has expanded what we do and we change the services we provide in relation to what we think people need, Diversitay continues to provide a helpline between 7 and 9pm, each Monday night on 01382 20 26 20. Wherever you are, even if you're outside the Diversitay area, remember we are here to listen and hopefully help you in some way.
